Online Money Blog (www.onlinemoney.blog, "the site") is built and operated by Website Holding ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the site is
Online Money Blog publishes guides to earning money online and two free tools: the side income calculator and compare ways to earn. Everything is free to read and use, without an account. The help page explains how it all works.
Not financial advice
Our guides are general information and education. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they do not take your personal situation into account. Earnings figures, rates and timelines in the guides are examples and estimates, not promises: many people earn less, and some earn nothing.
Trading and cryptocurrency carry a high risk of losing money, including all of the money you put in. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose, and talk to a qualified adviser before making financial decisions.
The calculator's results depend entirely on the numbers you enter, including the tax percentage, which you choose yourself. Treat them as a rough estimate and check your real tax position with your tax authority or an accountant.
Affiliate links
Some links on the site, those that start with /link/, are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy something after following one, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide what we write, and we only link to services we consider worth reading about.
Anything you buy through an affiliate link is a contract between you and that merchant. Their terms, prices, privacy policy and refund rules apply, and we are not responsible for their products or services.
Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Online Money Blog has no paid plans or subscriptions and takes no payments, so we never charge you and there is nothing to refund. If paid features are ever added, they will be sold and billed by Website Holding as merchant of record, with the price, billing period and refund terms shown clearly before you buy, and we will never charge you without your explicit consent.
For a purchase made through an affiliate link, ask the merchant for a refund under its own policy.
Acceptable use
You may read, share and link to the site freely. You may not:
- copy or republish our guides in full, or pass them off as your own (a short quote with a link to the source is fine);
- scrape or crawl the site at a rate that slows it down for other readers;
- try to break into the site, its editor or its servers, or test their security without our written permission;
- use the contact or report forms to send spam, advertising, abuse or malicious content.
We may block or limit access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Our content
The guides, images, tools and design of the site are owned by Website Holding or used with permission. Trademarks of the services we write about belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Accuracy and external links
We work to keep the guides current, but platforms change their fees, rules and payouts often, and a guide can fall behind. If you spot something out of date, please report it. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Website Holding is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its guides or its tools, including lost income, trading or investment losses, or problems with a service you found through the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may change or remove any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence.
